You didn't really name your kitten Toulouse, did you? That's my dog's name! Mine's a French clown dog (bichon) so that was the most appropriate name. I bet you've seen Aristocats a few times.
Both kitties are completely adorable. I love the way his ears turn down. And is it just me, or does he have huge paws?
Yes, the folded ears are what I was wanting! (To me he looks a bit like Gizmo from the movie Gremlins.) We would have gotten two folded-ear kittens, but they are more expensive and thankfully Lindsey preferred a straight-eared kitten, so we got Daisy for a good price. ;)
And you are correct, his paws are HUGE! The funny thing is, the breeder told us that Daisy (the straight-eared female) is going to be *very* big, and yet Toulouse' paws are even bigger...so I expect someday it may look like we have miniature tigers running around our house.
My siamese cats have been quite stressed since the new kittens arrived. (They're being sequestered for the first few days, but Tiki and Pi can smell them regardless. Tiki went into hiding for 24 hours and has been hissing and posturing quite a bit.) My siamese are petite cats...imagine how they will feel when these kittens outgrow them! :)
